We have a philosophy when it comes to fitness. There are no shortcuts on the road to success. We believe in teaching people the importance of longevity. There is no such thing as an overnight success.
The Women’s Program is a female coached, all-female, strength and conditioning program that focuses on building strength, proper body mechanics, and heavy doses of conditioning work.
Classes are drop-in and included with your membership. Wristbands are required for entry into all group fitness classes
and are available beginning thirty minutes prior to the scheduled start time for each class.
